Bill is an accredited member of the Society of Mediators (London). He also sits on the Board of the Strathclyde University Mediation Clinic.

Bill has more than 40 years’ experience as a Human Resources manager, both nationally and internationally, across diverse industries including the electronics and Scotch Whisky sectors.

He is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
