Prior to CHAP, Debbie worked in the social care sector.

She has worked with the existing organisation for 16 years in various capacities and has gained a wide range of knowledge about the Third Sector during that time.

Most recently, prior to her appointment as CEO, Debbie served as an assistant to the Service Director for several years.
