The temporary ban on enforcement - which was due to expire on 22 January 2021 - applies to all evictions in areas subject to level 3 or 4 restrictions, subject to review every three weeks to ensure it remains necessary to protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), until 31 March 2021.
While you could still be taken to court and decree granted to allow an eviction during this time, no evictions will be carried out during this period.
This is due to the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Protection from Eviction) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI.No.425/2020)

We should state that you should continue to pay your rent during this period and if you are facing eviction to either seek independent help or discuss the situation with your landlord, this grace window will only delay existing evictions that will still be carried out after this grace period so we at CHAP would encourage anyone to use this period to try and come to a resolution with your landlord to remain in your home.
