Fiona co-founded Centrestage Communities in 2006.

She is an Entrepreneurial Founder at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at Strathclyde Business School and was awarded the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters from Caledonian University in 2019.

She currently serves as Director of Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
