Jim has 40+ years of experience within the electronics industry, Including residences in USA and in Holland.

He also spent 10 years in local government retiring as Managing Director of Business Excellence Ayrshire In 2012.

He became a CHAP board member in 2000 and previously held the role of Chairman for two years.
